A Little Texas Twist

Hello There Friends!
How are you doing this Beautiful Day? I am doing pretty good. Just trying to stay healthy. I took my Hubby to the Hospital on Sunday and turns out he has Shingles. He was stressing about an operation to remove some hardware he had in his arm and once it was over he broke out in rash and a numb feeling in his side. He has always been such a worry wart. Now I have never had Chicken Pox and I am deathly afraid to get them, lol. Old people can't recover as easily as a child, hehehe.

  1. Wish the best for your hubby & you. I had shingles several yrs ago. My legs were covered with the rash & itched so bad. I got over it. Did not go to the dr and just let it run its course and it went away on its own. I had chicken pox when I was younger.

  2. First of all this is a fabulous image and i LOVE the fabulous card design and your shades of green. Amazing!

Second: poor hubby! Having Shingles can be misserable. I got the chicken pox when my oldest went to kindergarden, lol. She got them, I got them and my son got them. It was a 6 weeks family plan, lol. Hey you know they have a vacine out now, why don't you call the health dept or your doctor and head down there..... it was misserable and they were everywhere!!!
